About the UAS Team

How the Endonian Aviation Authority UAS Team supports safe, proportionate and modern unmanned aircraft regulation.

Mission

The UAS Team protects the public and supports innovation by setting clear, proportionate requirements for unmanned aircraft in Endo. Our mission is to enable safe use of technology while preserving confidence in the national aviation system.

Regulatory role

Within the Endonian Aviation Authority, the team develops policy, publishes guidance, oversees registration standards and assesses operational authorisation proposals. We coordinate with air navigation, emergency services and national security partners where operations may affect shared airspace.

Organisational overview

The team includes policy officers, safety specialists, operational assessors and public information staff. We apply evidence-led safety oversight and maintain clear communication with operators, communities and local authorities.

How we operate within the EAA

The UAS Team sits in the Flight Operations and Airspace Directorate. Strategic direction is set by the EAA Board, while day-to-day decisions are made under delegated regulatory authority in accordance with Endonian civil aviation legislation.
